Angie Harmon is an American actress and model, she has been featured in a variety of television and films through the years. At first she was a professional model and after becoming famous internationally, she decided to make her debut in acting. In 1995, she started acting in the television series "Baywatch Nights". She also is a voice actor and provided the voiceover for an animated adaptation of Batman Beyond: Return of the Joker movie. Harmon quit TV shows and shifted her focus to movies in the early 2000s. Following a couple of films then she went back to her role on TV. She is among the actresses that have posed discreetly nude for "Allure" magazine in the year 2008. The character as detective Jane Rizzoli was her most significant work on the TNT series Rizzoli & Isles. As a detective, Harmon was widely honored and praised. Angie Harmon was nominated over these past years for her outstanding performances, however she was not awarded any prizes.
